Terms of Use
1. About these terms
360ag Ltd (“360ag”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17249435), with its registered office at Elcot Mill, Elcot Lane, Marlborough, SN8 2AZ. You can contact us at hello@360ag.io.
These are interim terms. They set out what you can expect from 360ag and what we expect from you while we prepare full terms. When the full terms are ready they will replace these, and if you have an account we will email you before they do.
By using the site you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.
2. Who can use 360ag
360ag is for business use: agronomists, distributors, growers, advisers and others acting in the course of their business. By using it, you confirm that you are not acting as a consumer.
You are welcome to use 360ag from outside the UK, but these terms and English law still apply, and the data covers UK authorisations only.
3. What 360ag provides
Know is a free search of UK authorised plant protection products, which you can use without an account. A Pro account adds more restriction and timing data, and extra search filters. Section 9 covers Pro.
4. Where the data comes from, and its limits
Product data on 360ag is based on authorisation documents published by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). We use a mix of automated tools, including AI, and human review to extract, structure and check it. We organise the data to make products easier to search, so the wording we show can differ slightly from the original HSE document.
We check HSE’s published data for changes twice a day, but there can be a delay between HSE making a change and it appearing on 360ag.
We take great care over the quality of our data, but mistakes and omissions happen, both in source documents and in our own processes. We do not guarantee that the data is complete, accurate or up to date.
5. Not advice: always check the label
360ag is a reference tool. It is not a recommendation service, and it does not give agronomic, legal or regulatory advice. It does not replace the product label, the authorisation or any EAMU.
Before you use, recommend or supply a product, you must check the current product label and authorisation documents, including EAMUs. Where 360ag and the official sources differ, the official sources apply.
If you give recommendations, you remain responsible for them, including under any professional qualification or code you work to.
6. HSE information and our rights
360ag contains public sector information published by the Health and Safety Executive and licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. 360ag is not endorsed by, or connected with, HSE. You can get the original HSE information from HSE under that licence.
The site, its software and design, and the way we have structured and organised the data belong to 360ag.
7. Sharing and acceptable use
You are welcome to share search results and product pages by sending someone the link. You must not:
- scrape, crawl or bulk copy the site, or use automated tools to query it
- use 360ag data in, or to build, a competing product or database
- republish the data, or reuse it commercially, without our written agreement
- feed results into AI tools, or use them to train AI models, without our written agreement
- get round access limits, or share your login
If you need the data in a machine-readable form, our paid API is the way to get it.
8. Accounts
You sign in with your email address and a password. Keep your details accurate and your password secure, and tell us at hello@360ag.io if you think someone else is using your account. An account is for one person: don’t share your login. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
9. Pro during early access
Pro is free during early access. We may change or end early access at any time. We don’t take card details for it, and it never turns into a paid plan by itself.
Pro will become a paid subscription. Before it does, we will publish the subscription terms, including the price, and tell you by email. You can then choose to subscribe, or carry on with the free service.
Pro gives you a personal right to use it for your own business work. It can’t be transferred, and the limits in section 7 apply to Pro data too.
10. Advertising
If we show adverts, they will be clearly marked. Adverts never affect the order of search results or what we show about any product. An advert is not a recommendation by 360ag, and we are not responsible for advertisers’ products, claims or websites.
11. Changes and availability
We may change the service, its data and features, and these terms. We aim to keep the site available, but we can’t promise uninterrupted access. If you have an account, we will tell you about significant changes to these terms.
12. Liability
360ag, including Pro during early access, is provided free and without any liability on our part for its use. This includes decisions made using the data, and any loss of crop, yield, profit or business.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute, wherever you are based.
