When our founding team was building a Farm Management System, we needed to create a crop protection planning tool with automated compliance auditing. Like everyone else, we looked to the historic industry standard for the data.

The problem was immediate. The data was recorded in a way that relied heavily on narrative text to explain complex restrictions. As any developer knows, you cannot programmatically validate legality against a paragraph of text. You need structured, boolean logic.

We realised that if it was this hard to build our FMS with the existing data, it was the same for everyone else. We pivoted. Leveraging advanced AI to parse and structure authorisation documents, we built a proprietary engine that turns regulatory noise into clean JSON.
